Setting Up a Custom Domain

Use a custom domain like status.yourcompany.com.

Step 1: Add the Domain

1. Go to Settings > Status Page
2. Click Add Custom Domain
3. Enter your domain (e.g., status.yourcompany.com)

Step 2: Configure DNS

Add a CNAME record at your DNS provider:

• Name: status (or your subdomain)
• Value: cname.statly.live
• TTL: 3600 (or auto)

Step 3: Verify

Click Verify after updating DNS. Verification typically takes a few minutes.

SSL Certificate

SSL is automatically provisioned after verification. Your status page will be accessible via HTTPS.

Troubleshooting

• DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate
• Ensure no conflicting A records exist
• Check for CAA records that might block SSL
