PagerDuty Integration

Trigger PagerDuty incidents for critical alerts.

Setup

Step 1: Create Integration Key

1. Log into PagerDuty
2. Go to Services > your service
3. Click Integrations > Add Integration
4. Select Events API v2
5. Copy the Integration Key

Step 2: Add to Statly

1. Go to Settings > Integrations
2. Click Add PagerDuty
3. Enter your Integration Key
4. Map severity levels

Severity Mapping

• Critical monitors → P1 (Critical)
• Major monitors → P2 (High)
• Minor monitors → P3 (Medium)

Alert Resolution

When monitors recover, Statly automatically resolves the PagerDuty incident.
