Slack Integration

Get monitor alerts and incident updates in Slack.

Setup

Step 1: Create Incoming Webhook

1. Go to your Slack workspace settings
2. Navigate to Apps > Manage > Custom Integrations
3. Add Incoming Webhooks
4. Choose a channel and create the webhook
5. Copy the webhook URL

Step 2: Add to Statly

1. Go to Settings > Integrations
2. Click Add Slack
3. Paste your webhook URL
4. Test the connection

Alert Format

Alerts include:

• Monitor name and status
• Error details
• Response time
• Link to dashboard

Customization

Configure which events trigger Slack messages:

• Monitor up/down
• Incident created/updated/resolved
• Maintenance scheduled
