Add colleagues to your organization

Inviting Team Members

Collaborate with your team by inviting them to your organization.

How to Invite

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter the email address
  4. Select a role:
    • Admin: Full access to all features
    • Member: Can view and manage monitors/incidents
    • Viewer: Read-only access

Pending Invitations

Track pending invites in the Team settings. You can:

  • Resend the invitation email
  • Cancel pending invitations
  • See when invites expire

Invitation Expiry

Invitations expire after 7 days. If expired, you'll need to send a new one.

Removing Members

Admins can remove members from the Team settings page.
