Intervals by Plan

Your plan determines the minimum check interval available:

| Plan | Minimum Interval | |------|------------------| | Free | 5 minutes | | Hobby | 3 minutes | | Pro | 1 minute | | Enterprise | 30 seconds |

Recommendations

Critical Production Services (Pro/Enterprise)

Use 1 minute or 30 second intervals for:

• Production APIs
• E-commerce checkout
• Authentication services
• Payment processing

Standard Websites (Hobby/Pro)

Use 3-5 minute intervals for:

• Marketing websites
• Documentation sites
• Internal tools

Background Services (Any Plan)

Use 5+ minute intervals for:

• Backup services
• Scheduled jobs
• Development environments

Multi-Region Checks

Checks run from multiple geographic regions based on your plan:

• Free: 1 region (US East)
• Hobby: 3 regions (US East, Europe, Asia)
• Pro: 5 regions (All available)
• Enterprise: All regions plus custom locations
