Managing Subscribers

Let your users subscribe to status updates.

Enabling Subscriptions

1. Go to Settings > Status Page
2. Enable Allow Subscriptions
3. Choose subscription options:
   • Email notifications
   • RSS feed

How Users Subscribe

Visitors to your status page can:

1. Click Subscribe to Updates
2. Enter their email address
3. Receive a verification email
4. Click the link to confirm

Subscriber Notifications

Subscribers receive emails for:

• New incidents
• Incident updates
• Incident resolution
• Scheduled maintenance (optional)

Managing Subscribers

In Settings > Subscribers, you can:

• View all subscribers
• See verification status
• Remove subscribers
• Export subscriber list

Email Templates

Subscriber emails include:

• Your logo and branding
• Clear status information
• One-click unsubscribe link

Verification

Subscribers must verify their email to prevent abuse. Unverified subscribers don't receive notifications.
