Opsgenie Integration

Create and manage Opsgenie alerts from Statly.

Setup

Step 1: Create API Integration

1. Log into Opsgenie
2. Go to Settings > Integrations
3. Click Add Integration
4. Select API integration
5. Copy the API Key

Step 2: Add to Statly

1. Go to Settings > Integrations
2. Click Add Opsgenie
3. Enter your API Key
4. Select your region (US or EU)
5. Optionally set a Team ID and default priority

Configuration Options

• Region: US (api.opsgenie.com) or EU (api.eu.opsgenie.com)
• Team ID: Route alerts to a specific team
• Priority: Default priority P1-P5

Features

• Auto-close: Alerts are automatically closed when monitors recover
• Deduplication: Uses alias to prevent duplicate alerts
• Team routing: Route alerts to specific Opsgenie teams
• Priority mapping: Set alert priority based on monitor severity
