Microsoft Teams Integration

Send alerts to your Microsoft Teams channels.

Setup

Step 1: Create Incoming Webhook

1. Open your Teams channel
2. Click the ... menu > Connectors
3. Search for Incoming Webhook
4. Click Configure
5. Name it "Statly Alerts" and upload an icon
6. Copy the webhook URL

Step 2: Add to Statly

1. Go to Settings > Integrations
2. Click Add Microsoft Teams
3. Paste the webhook URL
4. Test the connection

Message Format

Alerts are sent as Adaptive Cards with:

• Color-coded header (red for down, green for up)
• Monitor name and status details
• Response time and error information
• Direct link to Statly dashboard
• Action buttons for quick access

Customization

Choose which events trigger Teams notifications:

• Monitor status changes
• Incident updates
• Maintenance windows
